GRACE CHURCH COUNCIL
Church Council is our main governing body at Grace Church. The council is made up of 11 individuals at Grace who are living into our vision and values. Elected by the charge conference (our annual church meeting), their role is to discern and articulate the shared goals and purpose of the congregation. The Church Council is principally concerned with questions of "who we are," "who is our neighbor," "what is our definition of a disciple," and "how will we do ministry that nurtures discipleship among our neighbors." When necessary the Church Council also determines the boundaries (policies and procedures) and resources (financial and facilities) for ministry within the life of the congregation.
